Assignment Objective

My objective with this assignment was to demonstrate the importance of concept development through pencil sketches before execution on a computer. Students were allowed to select from a list of terms in order to interpret visual form.

Only after the concepts had been refined did students approach the problem of final execution through Adobe Illustrator.

The above student example represents the terms aloofness, despair, harmony and incongruity.
